  • Services Provided Internship or short-term job
  • Duration and Length 6 months, full time
  • Support Provided Unlimited monthly Metrocard, uniform, education grant, and other support.

NYCHA Health Corps by NYC Housing Authority (NYCHA)

For NYCHA residents age 18+ with a high school diploma or HSE. For Adults, NYCHA residents.

  • Services Provided Internship or short-term job, Training for a new job
  • Duration and Length More than a year.
  • Support Provided Living stipend, reimbursed travel, higher education grant, childcare, health coverage, PTO, and student loan forbearance and interest payment.

NYCHA Resident Training Academy (NRTA): Construction Training (NYS Department of Labor approved pre-apprenticeship program) by City University of New York (CUNY) and NYC Housing Authority (NYCHA)

The Construction track of the NYCHA Resident Training Academy (NRTA) prepares NYCHA residents for entry level opportunities and apprenticeships in the construction industry. For Adults, NYCHA residents.
